Do I have to follow the modules in order?

You can access everything from day one, in any order. That said, the Order of Healing is sequenced the way it is for a reason — if you're not sure where to start, starting at Module 1 (Mindset) and working through is the approach that gets the best results.

Is this right for me if I have a specific diagnosis?

The curriculum is built around how the body heals, which applies regardless of diagnosis. Members managing CIRS, SIBO, mould illness, Hashimoto's, PCOS, and a range of other chronic conditions have all found the material useful — because the Order of Healing addresses the underlying systems, not just the label.

How is Gutsy Library different from Gutsy Group Coaching?

Gutsy Library ($49/month) is self-paced — everything is available for you to work through in your own time, with no live component. Gutsy Group Coaching ($85/month) includes the same library access plus live coaching calls twice a month, call replays, and private community. If you want accountability and live support, Group Coaching is for you. If you prefer to work at your own pace, Library is the one.
