About Your Instructor: Gina is a registered dietitian and master of human nutrition who has worked with clients for over a decade on their health. She discovered that their biggest challenge to reaching the health that they desired was not actually a lack of information, it was their own self sabotage.

Out of this passion for helping people, Gina has the founded the Mastering Mindfulness Institute and brings these teachings to Gutsy Health to guide others into harmony with their food and body.
